British Parliamentarians delivered a complete report which details all the brutal acts carried out by Hamas forces during October 7th 2023 against Israel. The 318-page document serves as the most comprehensive study of an attack that experts describe as the most lethal Jewish pogrom since World War 2. The report also goes by the names 7 October Parliamentary Commission Report and The Roberts Report.
Lord Andrew Roberts led the commission as president to expose systematic planning by Hamas through survivor evidence while forensic data and open-source digital footage proved premeditation in the attack. The study demonstrates that Hamas' terrorists executed 1,200 people while injuring over 4,000 victims as they abducted 251 people including a total of 18 British nationals who became the maximum fatalities of British nationals beyond national borders following 9/11.
The document shows Hamas conducted thorough planning for its assault after spending multiple years building preparation facilities including Israeli community imitations for training purposes. The killing operation became more intentional because terrorists entered with specific civilian target lists indicating their deliberate execution of murder and abduction strategies.
The most emotionally painful discoveries in this document show that Hamas conducted extreme acts of cruelty by killing families at home and burning people alive inside bedrooms and conducting many cases of sexual violence. The study collects evidence of sexual assaults and bodily mutilation while showing how these deeds match the wartime events which led to the Rape of Nanjing in 1937.
Following this event antisemitic incidents in the UK reached an unprecedented rate of increase. The Community Security Trust (CST) recorded a 589% increase in antisemitic abuse as the result of the October 7 attack which became a critical juncture for antisemitism throughout the UK.
